基于创业周期的大学生胜任力培养路径研究

The entrepreneurial competency is the core competitiveness of college students' entrepreneurship, and the different period of entrepreneurship requires different requirements of competency. Starting from the status of entrepreneurship education of higher vocational students through questionnaires, behavioral event interview, it is to construct the competency index system taking the entrepreneurial base, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial qualities as dimensions, and put forward the suggestion of competency cultivation path.%创业胜任力是大学生创业的核心竞争力，在创业的不同周期对胜任力特征要求不同。从高职学生的创业教育现状出发，通过问卷调查、行为事件访谈，构建以创业基础、创业能力、创业素质为维度的胜任力指标体系，并提出胜任力培育的路径建议。
