适应低碳交通发展的城市公共交通体系构建--基于低碳交通建设试点城市（淮安）的调查分析

淮安市作为苏北重要的中心城市和区域交通枢纽，公共交通发展取得了明显成效。文章以实地抽样调查数据为依据，分析了淮安市居民交通出行方式及对低碳交通的认知程度。在此基础上，根据淮安的城市发展定位和低碳交通发展背景，探讨了构建低碳、高效的城市公共交通体系的路径和措施。%Huaian is an important center city and regional transport hub in Northern Jiangsu, and its public transportation development has made remarkable results. Based on the sample survey data, this paper analyzes the residents traffic modes in Huaian and cognitive level of low carbon traffic. On this basis, according to the orientation of the city development and low carbon transportation development background, it discusses the path and measures of constructing a low carbon and efficient urban public transportation system.
