高等学校餐饮原材料采购机制研究--以云南省某高校为例

     

摘要

高校食堂原材料的质量是食品安全的前提和基础,结合对云南省某高校食堂原材料采购工作的发展状况的分析可知,目前高校食堂原材料采购制度不健全,采购人员的素质不高,监督机制不健全,采购工作的信息化程度低,要提高食堂原材料采购的管理水平,需进一步完善采购制度,加强队伍建设,健全监督机制,推进采购工作信息化管理和农校对接工作,积极探索区域联合采购和互联网交易平台采购。%The quality of raw materials in university canteen is the premise and foundation of food safety. Based on the analysis of the development status of the raw materials procurement of a certain university in Yunnan Province, it can be known that the procurement system is not perfect, the quality of the procurement personnel is not high, the supervision mechanism is not perfect, and the information level of procurement work is low. To improve the canteen raw materials procurement management level, it needs to further improve the procurement system, strengthen the team building, perfect supervision mechanism, promote procurement information management and Aggie butt work, and actively explore the regional joint procurement and procurement of Internet trading platform.
