全回转套管钻机切割管片施工技术

针对某地铁车站地连墙要穿过既有废弃盾构管片的难题，通过对目前国内类似工程比较和现有国内钻机设备分析，选择全回转套管钻机进行废弃盾构管片切割、破碎、拔除，然后回填压实，为下一步地连墙施工创造条件，为同类工程积累了经验。%Aimed at the problem of the wall passing the existing waste shield in a subway station, through the comparison of similar projects and the analysis of existing drilling rig equipment in China, the full circle swinging drill machine with casing is selected to cut, crush, extract, backfill and compact the abandoned shield segment to create the conditions for the construction of the wall in the next step and accumulate experience for similar projects.
