塑料咖啡壶外壳注射模设计

摘要

Through analysis of the structure and forming characteristics of coffee pot shell, the design of spring sidewise parting core-pulling coffee pot shell injection mould is completed. The design features of mould gating system, side core-pulling mechanism and ejecting mechanism are introduced in detail. Practice shows that the mould structure is reasonable and the formation quality of the product is high.%通过对咖啡壶外壳的结构和成型特点进行分析，完成了弹簧侧向分型抽芯的咖啡壶壳体注塑模设计。详细介绍了模具浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、推出机构等的设计要点。实践表明，模具结构合理，制品的成型质量高。
