目的:探讨用微波消解法前处理生活饮用水,用原子荧光法测定水中硒含量。方法:对微波消解原子荧光法测定水中硒的方法进行了工作曲线和精密度等试验。结果:方法的检测限为10ug/L,在2ug/L~10ug/L范围内,相关系数r=0.9999,回收率在95%~102%之间。结论:微波密闭消解样品,消化过程节约试剂,防止试样中待测元素的损失,干扰少,适用于水中硒的测定。%Objective: To investigate the treatment of drinking water by microwave digestion and the determination of selenium in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: The test of working curve and precision of microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine the selenium in water. Results: The detection limit of the method is 10ug/L, it is in the range of 10ug/L~2ug/L, the correlation coefficient r=0.9999, the recovery rate is between 102% and 95%. Conclusion: The microwave digestion can dispel samples and process save reagent, prevent the loss of the elements to be measured in the sample. It has less interference, and it is suitable for the determination of selenium in water.
