肇庆大旺产业转移工业园土地集约利用潜力分析

摘要

The land intensive use potential analysis in industrial transfer park is the focus of intensive land use evaluation. The potential analysis can grasp the potential scale and distribution of park, land use situation, so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the park to carry out the management measures of the intensive use of land. This paper took Zhaoqing Dawang transfer industrial park as the object of empirical study. Through all kinds of intensive use potential calculation and combining with park's situation, it showed that Dawang industrial transfer park intensive land use potential was mainly based on the strength potential. It put forward measures and suggestions on increasing the strength potential levels aiming at the present situation of park land use intensity.%产业转移园土地集约利用潜力分析是土地集约利用评价的重点，潜力分析可以掌握园区的潜力规模和分布，园区土地利用的情势，为园区有针对性的提出集约利用土地管理措施提供理论和实践指导。本文以肇庆大旺转移工业园为实证研究对象，通过各类集约利用潜力测算结合园区实际情况分析表明，大旺产业转移园土地集约利用潜力主要以强度潜力为主，针对园区土地利用强度的现状提出了提高强度潜力水平的措施与建议。
