安江高速LM-2合同段路面SMA-13混合料配比优化及经济分析

         

摘要

Aiming at determining the SMA-13 mixture of the pavement in the LM2 contract section of Anjiang expressway, based on the performance standards, considering the local climate conditions, and analyzing effect of different lignin content on the high temperature properties, it concluded the optimal fiber content. The approach is to use several groups of SMA-13 mixture with different proportion lignin for high-temperature rutting test;the obtained data were compared and analyzed in order to optimize lignin content. At the same time based on the analysis of the economic benefits in different content, mixture ratio with outstanding high temperature performance and significant economic benefits will be optimized.%针对安江高速LM2合同段路面SMA-13混合料配合比确定,在路用性能达标的基础上,考虑当地气候条件,分析不同掺量木质素纤维对高温性能影响,得出最佳纤维掺量。方法是采用掺加不同比例木质素纤维的多组SMA-13混合料进行高温车辙指标试验,将得到数据进行对比分析,优化木质素纤维掺量。同时结合分析在不同掺量下的经济效益,优化出高温性能突出且经济效益显著的混合料配合比。
