The existing railway lines have large interval and small density. In actual construction, it is necessary to do a good job of security and protection. This article studies the safety and protection control of adjacent operating line subgrade widening construction, puts forward a set of effective and standard construction and safety protection technical measures, enriching the adjacent operating line subgrade widening construction theory with engineering practice.%对于既有线列车来说，其具有着间隔大以及密度小的特点。在实际施工中，需要做好安全以及防护方面的工作。在本文中，将就临近营业线路基帮宽施工安全及防护控制进行一定的研究，提出一套规范有效的施工及安全防护技术措施，以工程实践来丰富既有线路路基帮宽施工理论。
