高职院校财经专业学生就业稳定性影响因素分析--以南京铁道职业技术学院为例

摘要

The employment rate of students majoring in finance and economics in higher vocational colleges is high, but the stability is rather poor. This paper, by tracking and investigating the students of Grade 2014 in Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology, uses double logistic regression to draw that the factors of the student' unit properties, gender, whether or not the poor, consistency of origin and working place have great relevances to students' employment stability.%高职院校财经类专业学生就业率高但就业稳定性较差，通过对南京铁道职业技术学院2014届学生的跟踪调查，利用logistic二元回归分析法，得出学生单位性质、性别、是否贫困生及生源地与就业地一致性与学生就业稳定性存在极大相关性。
