微波干燥技术处理市政污泥实验研究

摘要

The treatment and disposal of sludge are the present challenges of the world. Dewatering and drying are the essential pretreatment for sludge disposal procedure. Microwave is a high-efficiency heating technique, its use for sludge treatment and disposal can effectively achieve sludge reduction, stabilization. In this article, microwave drying technology was used to treat municipal sewage sludge. The results show that the microwave can be fast and efficient drying sludge. Sludge moisture rate reduces from 82% to 10%, microwave energy consumption is about 1300kWh/t sludge.%污泥处理与处置难已成为世界性难题，脱水干化是污泥处理处置的必要前提。微波具有高效加热的特点，将其应用到污泥处理处置技术上，可有效实现污泥的减量化、稳定化。本文采用微波干燥技术处理市政污泥，研究结果表明，微波可高效快速干燥污泥，污泥含水率由82%降至10%，微波处理能耗约为1300kWh/t污泥。
