高速公路路面施工成本项目控制管理

摘要

本文将以风险管理为切入点，针对目前高速公路施工项目风险管理现状以及成本控制这一关键的风险因素，提出可行性的风险控制措施，以期规避或解决目前公路工程项目风险管理中存在的问题，提高风险管理效率，保证公路建设取得预期效益。%In view of the present status of expressway construction project risk management and key risk factor, cost control, this paper proposes the feasible risk control measures, in order to avoid or to resolve the problems that exist in the road engineering project risk management, improve the efficiency of risk management, and guarantee the highway construction to achieve expected results.
