论我国种业企业并购团队建设及管理

         

摘要

The current world seed industry is constantly mergers and acquisitions, developing towards the direction of scale, group and internationalization. But there are many outstanding problems in China's seed industry enterprise: small scale, multiple of number, low degree of industrial concentration, low seed profitability, low research and development capabilities etc. Seed enterprise M & A team easily arise early team structure imbalance, the medium-term culture integration difficulties, late team integration difficulty etc. Platform construction, cultural integration and integration of M & A team will become the priority among priorities of team construction and management of seed enterprises mergers and acquisitions.%当前世界种业正在不断的并购重组,向规模化、集团化、国际化方向发展,但我国种业企业规模小、数目多、产业集中程度低,种子盈利能力低,企业研发能力低等问题突出,种业企业并购团队极易出现前期团队结构失衡、中期文化融合困难、后期团队整合难度大等问题,并购团队的平台建设、文化融合和整合能力将成为种业企业并购团队建设及管理的重中之重。
