应用型本科院校以培养创新能力强、适应我国经济社会发展需要的高素质的技术应用型人才为主要目标。房屋建筑学是土木建筑类各专业一门重要的专业基础课，在整个教学系统中起着承上启下的作用。为强化和培养学生的创新能力和工程应用能力，使之学以致用，本文以培养新型应用型工程技术人才为目标，从房屋建筑学课程改革与建设的角度，在课程内容、教学方法、教材建设等方面对《房屋建筑学》课程进行了改革探索与实践，力求改进教学效果，提高人才培养质量。%Applied undergraduate colleges and universities are aimed to cultivate high-quality technical pragmatic talents who have strong innovation ability and meet China's economic and social development. Architectural Design and Construction is an important professional basic course for civil engineering majors, playing an essential role in the whole teaching system. To strengthen and cultivate the students' innovation ability and engineering application ability, this article, aiming to train the new applied engineering and technical personnel, makes exploration and practice of reform of Architectural Design and Construction from course content, teaching method, and teaching material construction, trying to improve the teaching effect and improve the quality of personnel training.
