一种基于CBR技术的工程施工成本估算模型

摘要

在工程预可研阶段和施工管理阶段，施工成本估算是一项重要工作，准确、快速地为决策者提供待建工程的估算成本十分必要。本文基于CBR技术建立了一个工程施工成本估算模型，能够快速生成待估工程的施工成本，为决策者制定合理的设计及施工方案提供依据。%In pre-feasibility study and construction management stage of projects,the estimation of construction cost is an important work to do. It is essential to learn how to provide decision-makers the estimation of construction cost more accurately and more rapidly. This paper proposes an estimation of construction cost model based on CBR,and it can generate the construction cost of the project rapidly,it also can help decision-makers to make more reasonable strategies.
