基于能力本位的高职学生评价方法实践与研究--以常州机电职业技术学院机械制造专业中德胡格模式教改班为例

Referring to German competence-based vocational education concept, taking the case of the Sino-German Hug Mode educational reform class of Machinery Manufacturing Specialty of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology, and on the basis of the further study of the teaching content and mode, this paper tries to build a student evaluation system suitable for the higher vocational education in China from the aspects of constructing principles and concrete measures. The content and mode of assessment are reformed, so as to realize diversification of curriculum evaluation contents and evaluation methods. It focuses on the process assessment of students' course learning, and highlights ability standard. It puts forward a new train of thought for students evaluation.%借鉴德国能力本位职业教育理念，以常州机电职业技术学院机械制造专业中德胡格模式教改班为例，在深入研究教学内容和模式的基础上，从构建原则和具体措施方面尝试构建与我国现阶段高职教育教学相适应的学生考评体系，对考核的内容和方式等进行了改革，实现多元化的课程评价内容以及多样化的评价方式，注重学生课程学习的过程考核，突出能力本位，对学生成绩的评定提出了一个新的思路。
