EPC模式下火力发电厂建设成本控制方法研究

摘要

Under EPC mode, thermal power plant construction cost control is essential to improve enterprise economical benefit. In order to make cost control more scientific, the concept of cost under EPC mode is analyzed, and then the method and practice of cost control under EPC mode is discussed. The methods proposed has guiding significance for cost control of power plant construction under EPC mode.%EPC（工程总承包）模式下火电厂建设成本控制对于提高企业经济效益具有重要意义。为提高成本控制的科学性，首先对EPC模式下的成本概念进行了分析，在此基础上探讨了EPC模式下的成本控制方法与实践，所提方法对于EPC模式下的火电厂建设成本控制工作开展具有指导意义。
