The modules and characteristics of the SAP system are introduced firstly. Then by exploiting the powerful functions of the SAP system, three procedures about purchase order query sheet, cargo arrival plan tracking and cargo arrival progress tracking and querying are developed, thus, beautifully realizing the application of the statistics and progress tracking of the purchase order.%介绍SAP系统的各种模块及特点，利用SAP系统强大的功能开发出采购订单查询表、采购订单到货计划跟踪、采购订单到货进度跟踪查询三个程序，很好地实现了对采购订单统计和进度跟踪的应用。
