剪力墙布置形式对转换梁受力性能影响的研究

         

摘要

This paper takes an engineering example in Ankang City, Shaanxi Province as an example, uses SATWE to analyses overall modeling, researches on its dynamic characteristics and seismic response, and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish local entity model and shell model of transfer beam by which, its mechanical properties were studied. By changing the form of arrangement of shear wall upon the transfer beam, it can be concluded that between the transfer beam and upper shear wall, there is an arch effect, when full span shear wall is arranged, although stiffness contribution is large in one direction but the greater the stiffness the greater horizontal force under the action of the earthquake which draw a negative effect on this direction. At the same time, because of the existence of the arch effect, axial tension on transfer beam is large. Therefore, in practical engineering can take openings in the wall, but the hole should not be too large.%本文结合陕西省安康市某工程实例,运用SATWE进行整体建模分析,对其动力特性和地震响应进行了系统的研究,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别建立转换梁局部实体模型和梁壳模型,对其受力性能进行研究。通过改变转换梁上剪力墙布置形式,得出转换梁与上部剪力墙之间存在拱效应,当剪力墙满跨布置时,虽然某一方向刚度贡献大,但刚度越大地震作用下的水平力也越大,对此方向产生了不利影响。同时,由于拱效应的存在,对转换梁产生较大的轴向拉力。所以,在实际工程中可以采取墙开洞,但洞口不宜过大。
