随着国家、地区经济的快速发展，全国各地掀起了加快城镇化建设的热潮，面对城市建设加速带来可喜成绩的同时，城市也呈现出人口过于聚集、交通拥堵等许多社会问题，城市交通尤为突出，已成为各级政府首当其冲要解决的问题；项目的决策分析是交通规划项目方案论证和选择的重要环节。本文在分析现有决策理论的基础上，提出了城市交通规划项目决策的评价指标体系，并运用改进GRA对城市交通规划项目决策进行实例验证；希望能为类似项目的决策起到参考作用。%With the rapid development of national and regional economy, all over the country accelerates the construction of urbanization. The rapid development of urban construction brings gratifying achievements, at the same time, cities also have many social problems, such as the population is too aggregation, traffic congestion and so on. Urban traffic is particularly prominent, and it has become the first problem to be solved for all levels of government. Project decision analysis is an important part of the project plan demonstration and selection of transportation planning. Based on the analysis of the existing decision theoretic, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of urban traffic planning project decision, and carries out instance validation for decision of the urban transportation planning project to provide the reference for decision-making of the similar projects.
