E-business O2O model is a new thing in recent years, and has been popular with young and middle-aged groups in the online shopping transaction. This paper mainly makes market research of young and middle-aged groups, explores the factors that affect the consumer satisfaction based on the O2O online shopping process: online purchase, online shopping, online payment, and post purchase feedback evaluation, and then combined with the survey results puts forward the corresponding measures.%电商O2O模式是近几年出现的新事物,在网购交易中得到了广大中青年群体的热衷。本文主要通过对中青年群体进行市场调研,探索基于O2O网络购物流程从线上购买、线下消费、线上支付、购后反馈评价四个环节设计影响消费者满意度的因素,并结合调查结果提出相应的提升对策。
