Relationship between leading international companies and subcontracting enterprises just like the relationship between project principal and the party to undertake the project, both in OEM projects as the core of the cooperation interaction contains a wealth knowledge flow. For subcontracting enterprises, the international subcontracting provides a favorable opportunity for its access to external new knowledge.
