基于项目知识管理的代工企业成长机制研究

         

摘要

Relationship between leading international companies and subcontracting enterprises just like the relationship between project principal and the party to undertake the project, both in OEM projects as the core of the cooperation interaction contains a wealth knowledge flow. For subcontracting enterprises, the international subcontracting provides a favorable opportunity for its access to external new knowledge. Subcontracting enterprises should constantly adjust itself to overcome a variety of obstacles factors that may exist in the project knowledge management process, trying to get more new knowledge from the OEM project implementation process, and to promote the transfer and sharing of knowledge between individuals, between individuals and project teams, project teams and organizations to enrich the corporate knowledge base, and then to provide guidance for the follow-up OEM project, but also for enterprises to create the conditions to enhance endogenous growth momentum which based on their accumulated knowledge and innovation.%国际领先企业与代工企业之间的关系就好比是项目委托方与项目承接方之间的关系,两者以代工项目为核心的合作互动关系中蕴含着丰富的知识流。对于代工企业来说,国际代工为其获取外部新知识提供了有利机会。代工企业应不断调整自身,克服在项目知识管理过程中可能存在的多种障碍因素,努力从代工项目的实施过程中获取更多的新知识,并促进知识在个体之间、个体与项目团队之间及项目团队与组织之间的传递与共享,以丰富企业知识库,为后续代工项目的开展提供指导,同时也为企业基于自身知识积累与创新的内生成长动力提升创造条件。
