泰顺县基地和散户茶叶不同季节9种农药残留状况分析

采用超声振荡提取———Florisil柱纯化,GC-滋ECD法测定硫丹、联苯菊酯等9种有机氯及菊酯类农药,9种农药在0.01耀0.2滋g/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加标回收率为67.6耀126.8%。同时对2013年泰顺县无公害茶叶基地和散户加工点不同季节抽取的90个样本进行测定,分析得出农药残留检出率随季节推移呈先下降再上升趋势,基地和散户茶叶受农药污染程度不同,散户茶叶农药残留检出率明显高于基地,其中硫丹和联苯菊酯检出率最高,但9种农药残留量均未超标,且远远低于食品安全国家标准。%Florisil column purification extracted by sonic oscillation, GC-μECD method is used to determine 9 kinds of organo-chlorine pesticides, such as endosulfan, bifenthrin and so on and the pyrethroids pesticide. 9 kinds of pesticides show a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.01~0.2 g/mL, the average recovery rate is 67.6~126.8%. At the same time, the 90 samples collected from the non pollution tea base and retail private investors in different seasons of Taishun County in 2013 are determined. The analysis shows that the detection rate of pesticide residue is first decreased and then increased with the seasons, and the degrees of pesticide pollution of bases and retail private investors are different. The relevance ratio of pesticide residue of the retail private investors is significantly higher than that of the bases, the endosulfan and bifenthrin have the highest detection rates. But the 9 kinds of pesticide residues are not excessive, and far lower than the national food safety standards.
