基于积分散射理论的光学疵病快速检测方法

     

摘要

本文运用积分散射理论,结合积分球的光度特性,提出了一种可以快速检测光学疵病的检测系统,应用对象主要是目前大规模生产的手机镜头镜片.检测系统的主要目的是:由于待检镜头镜片数量十分巨大,所以检测速度变得尤为重要,在误差允许的范围内,系统对镜头的检测要保持一个较高的检测速度,而且考虑到产品成本的关系,整套检测系统装置花费不宜太昂贵.检测原理是:检测装置通过对合格和不合格的样品进行检测,获取合格和不合格镜头的疵病散光能量的电压值,建立数据库,通过对两者实验数据的处理和对比,得出检测标准的阈值.%In this paper, a detection system used in quickly detecting optical defects is introduced based on the integral scattering theory and photometric characteristics of integrating sphere, which is mainly applied in the current mass production of mobile phone lens. The main purpose of detection system is that because the tested lens number is huge, the detection speed becomes more and more important. Within the allowable error, the speed of the lens detection system should maintain a high speed. Considering the cost, the whole set of detection system for cost should not be too expensive. The detection principle is that the detection device should get the flaw astigmatism energy voltage of the qualified and unqualified lens through detecting their samples to establish the database and through processing and the contrast of the experimental data, the threshold of detection standard will be got.
