In construction projects, in addition to improving the function of the building, it is also important to fully realize the due benefits. While improving business efficiency, pay attention to the management of project cost, since it is an important means to control the cost. Project budget controls the financial problem of the entire civil engineering, so the standardized management is especially important. At this stage, project budget management system development is not perfect in China, there are still many problems. So this paper makes a comprehensive analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for reference.%随着改革开放的进一步推进,我国城市化发展逐渐加剧,这样就使建设工程得到了一定的发展空间.在建筑工程中,除了要完善建筑的功能,还要充分获得应有的效益.在提高效益的时候,要注意项目工程的造价管理问题,因为项目工程造价的管理问题,是控制经济支出的重要手段.工程预算掌握着整个土建工程的经济问题,其规范化管理显得特别重要.但是现阶段我国在工程预算管理方面的制度发展并不完善,还存在很多问题.本文就此问题进行了全面的分析,提出几点建议以供参考.
