电梯一体化控制系统的设计与应用

     

摘要

一体化控制系统的设计及其电梯控制领域中的应用,解决了传统微机板(或PLC)与变频器控制模式下,电梯控制系统繁琐、零部件多、安装与维护流程繁琐且易出错的问题。本文在传统微机板和PLC变频控制的基础上,将一体化控制理念与电梯系统控制要求结合,设计出电梯一体化控制系统,通过实践应用验证其实用性。%The design of integrating control system and its application in elevator control has solved the problem that under the control mode of traditional PC board (or PLC) frequency converter, the elevator control system is complicated, there are too many spare parts, and the installation and maintenance process is cumbersome and error-prone. On the basis of the traditional microcomputer board and PLC variable frequency control, this paper combines the integrating control idea with the elevator system control requirements, and designs an elevator integrating control system. Its practicability is validated by practical application.
