金庄矿综放工作面轨道铺设技术参数优化设计

     

摘要

综放工作面轨道巷主要担负着运输综采支架等大型设备的重任,如果前期施工轨道铺设不合理,就会给后期安装提升运输综采设备带来安全隐患和整改难度。金庄矿3302综放工作面相比同条件下3207综放工作面,在轨道巷掘进过程中,提前对轨道铺设等优化设计,为后期综采设备实现顺利运搬打下基础,与之相比,取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。%The fully mechanized caving face track lane is mainly used for transportation of fully mechanized mining support and other large equipment. If the early construction track laying is unreasonable, it will cause security risks and correction difficulty for later installation and lifting of fully mechanized mining equipment. Compared with 3207 fully mechanized caving face in Jinzhuang mine, 3302 fully mechanized caving face, under the same conditions, optimized the design of track laying in advance, which lays foundation for smooth transportation of equipment later and achieves good social and economic benefits.
