At present, MIS system software has been widely appliyied in each social production field. The main structure and the management module of this system are complex, the management process is tedious. But there are no unified rules and regulations for the daily use of this system, there are no reliable reference for its application technology and process management. And its application often exists the data redundancy, inconsistent subsystem data updates and other issues. This paper takes the power management system for example, combined with the operation requirements of power system and the application characteristics of MIS system, the existing problems of MIS system in the practical application are solved, the feasibility of the scheme is verified through the application practice.%目前，MIS系统软件已在社会各个生产领域广泛应用。该系统的主体结构和管理模块较复杂，管理流程繁琐，但是目前对于该系统的日常使用尚无统一的规章制度，其应用技术和流程管理没有可靠的参考依据，并且应用中常常存在数据冗余、子系统数据更新不一致等问题。本文现以电力管理系统为例，结合电力系统运行要求和MIS应用特点，探讨真正适合电力企业的、规范化的MIS管理方案，以解决MIS系统在实际应用中存在的问题，并通过应用实践验证该方案的可行性。
