大型建设项目风险动态管理的组织模式研究

摘要

Due to multiple risk factors and long project period of large construction projects, it is necessary to establish a dynamic risk management pattern orienting at all participants in the process of construction. This article analyzes the organizational functions and personnel of large construction project risk management, establishes an inter-organization interdisciplinary cooperated dynamic risk management model, introduces the dynamic risk management for the outpatient service building project of a hospital, and analyzes the effectiveness of dynamic risk management.%大型建设项目风险因素多、项目周期长，在施工过程中应根据项目建设内容及特点，建立面向各参与方的风险动态管理组织模式。论文分析了大型建设项目风险管理的组织职能和人员组成，构建了跨组织、跨专业、协同合作的风险动态管理组织模式，介绍了某医院门诊综合楼项目风险动态管理情况，对风险动态管理的有效性进行了分析。
