双导师教学模式下导师任务目标实现研究--以临床医学专业本科生为例

The cultivation model of the double tutorial system teaching is a kind of innovation in the clinical medical undergraduate education. Based on the systematic investigation, interview and requirement analysis, the duties need to perform and the task needs to accomplish by the tutor in the teaching process are cleared and definited. The study is aimed at summarizing the details of tutor's duty, tasks and goals under the dual tutorial system teaching mode based on its analysis.%在临床医学本科教育中，双导师制教学是人才培养模式的一种创新。通过对本科医学生及导师进行系统的调查、访谈和需求分析，基本明确了导师在整个带教过程中需履行的职责及实现的任务目标。本研究旨在通过对双导师制教学体系的分析，归纳总结在该体系下导师职责与任务目标的具体内容。
