安全授权制度在国际工程项目管理中的应用

摘要

结合多年海外工程一线的工作实践,对国际工程项目安全管理进行深入分析,找出实际工作中存在的安全管理问题的主要原因,并提出了安全授权制度,通过具体项目的实际操作,验证了安全授权制度的实效性,为中国企业在其他国际项目上提供了良好的管理思路.%Combined with the engineering practical experience of international project, the in-depth analysis of the safety management of international engineering project is carried out to find out the main reasons of the problems in the actual work. Then, the Practice of Safety Authorization System is proposed. According to the actual operation of the specific project, the effectiveness of Practice of Safety Authorization System has been tested and verified to provide the management method for others international engineering project.
