大型综合医院应急救援交通体系建设探讨

摘要

To strengthen the construction of hospital traffic system is to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue, win the precious rescue time, and effectively reduce the damage degree of important way. Through the analysis on the large general hospital emergency rescue traffic system must have a functional requirement, this article puts forward the idea of creating emergency rescue traffic system and measures are: to build more than one ground traffic network, build discussed amphibious underground traffic system, adjust measures to local conditions to create air rescue platform.%加强医院交通体系建设是提高应急救援效率,赢得宝贵救援时间,有效减轻灾害破坏程度的重要途径.通过分析论述大型综合医院应急救援交通体系必须具备的功能要求,提出了创建应急救援交通体系的构想和措施:构建多位一体地面交通网络、打造平战两用地下交通体系、因地制宜创建空中救援平台.
