Based on the personnel training reform of "modern four steps progressive apprenticeship system" of electronic commerce major, this paper reform the examination and evaluation system of the students. Through the various evaluations and the introduction of enterprise performance evaluation model, the new examination and evaluation system is formed. This system incentives and guarantees the talent training plan and provides a reliable basis for ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.%本文是在电子商务专业推行"四段递进现代学徒制"人才培养改革的基础上,对学生的考核评价制度的改革.通过多方评价参与,引入企业的绩效考核模式,形成了新的考核评价制度.该制度激励和保障了人才培养计划的顺利进行,进而为确保专业人才培养质量提供了可靠的依据.
