基于FMEA的穿黄隧洞施工风险管理

摘要

对于隧洞工程施工过程中风险管理的研究，较少有从施工工艺流程的角度分析风险因素。以穿黄隧洞施工为背景，根据施工工艺流程识别风险因素，并将风险因素造成的费用损失加入到FMEA分析方法中对识别出来的风险因素进行分析，研究穿黄隧洞工程施工过程中的风险应对措施。%There are less risk factors analysis on risk management of tunnel construction from the angle of the construction process. Based on the Yellow River Crossing Tunnel, this paper identifies the risk factors with the construction process. By using the FMEA method and considering the loss cost to analyze these risk factors, we can know how to deal with these risk factors.
