地方政府公共投资对区域经济差距影响的实证研究

From the perspective of local government public investment, this article researches the economic trends of the three regions of China. By using panel data of related provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions from 1994 - 2013 and GLS estimation method, this article focuses on the impact of local public investment on regional economic disparities. The results show that in the region fixed effects there is no convergence trend among regions of China. The regional differences in economic growth continues to expand, this gap of resulting in local government public investment is further expanding.%文章从地方政府公共投资的视角，研究了我国三大区域之间的经济发展趋势。采用1994-2013年各省、直辖市、自治区的相关面板数据，利用GLS估计方法，对地方政府公共投资对区域经济差距的影响进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，我国区域经济增长差异变化在地区固定效应下不存在区域经济增长的收敛趋势，区域经济增长差异不断扩大，地方政府公共投资造成这一差距的进一步扩大。
