应用型本科院校物业管理专业发展探讨--基于物业服务行业转型升级视角

随着经济的发展，社会对物业管理服务行业的要求越来越高，而高素质人才匮乏成为制约物业服务行业发展的瓶颈，这对应用型本科院校的物业管理专业提出了新的要求。%With the economical development, there are increasing requirements for property management industry in the society. The lack of high quality talents has become the bottleneck restricting the development of property service industry, which raises new requirements for the property management specialty in application-oriented universities.
