浅谈高层钢结构体系的计算及分析

摘要

由于钢结构住宅具有较高的科技含量，建筑安装造价也相应高于其它类住宅。但结合考虑住房率、土地使用效率等因素，钢结构住宅属值得推广的新型住宅结构体系。本文通过对目前高层钢结构住宅采用何种结构体系进行了有益的研究和探索，在计算过程中考虑地震荷载和风荷载，研究成果对于推动钢结构住宅的发展和完善具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。%Due to steel housing with a high technological content, construction and installation cost is higher than other classes corresponding housing.
