浅谈企业员工的职业化发展

     

摘要

The professionalism of employees is the core competitiveness of enterprise development. Aimed at the exiting problems in the human resources management of the modern enterprise, this paper introduces the promotion system for enterprises to speed up the vocational development of employees. For employees, the establishment of system can provide reasonable status and treatment for them, at the same time, employees can choose suitable career development channel by their own characteristics. For the enterprise, it can help the organizations to control the career needs of employees and take measures to help employees more competent for the job. At the same time, it can influence the vocational development of employees by establishing the different conditions and procedures for internal promotion in the organization to make the vocational development goals of employees is good for meeting the needs of the organization.%员工职业化是企业发展的核心竞争力,针对现代企业人力资源管理中存在的种种问题,文章介绍了企业加快员工职业化发展的晋级体系,体系的建立对员工而言,不仅可以为其提供合理的地位与待遇,同时员工可以根据自身特点选择适合的职业发展通道;对企业而言,可以帮助组织掌握员工的职业需要,并采取措施帮助员工胜任工作,同时可以通过确立组织内部晋升的不同条件和程序对员工职业生涯发展施加影响,使员工的职业发展目标有利于满足组织的需要。
