为应对当前企业经营者高度重视战略管理,且决策模式多为命令式和愿景式使得员工主动参与程度不高的问题。低价格、低成本、多种类的原始竞争手段已不能满足现代社会的多元化需求。依据SWOT分析方法,结合YO建筑公司实际,对公司发展战略从多维度研究,从产品定价策略、营销渠道、企业文化、人力资源管理、财务等方面提出了YO公司发展战略优化方法,通过案例验证发展战略可行。%Current business operators attach great importance to the strategic management, however, its decision model is imperative and visionary, making employees not willing to participate. Low price, low cost, many kinds of primitive means of competition can not meet the diverse needs of modern society. For this, based on the SWOT analysis method, combining the reality of YO construction company, this paper studies the company development strategy from multi-dimensions, and proposes the development strategy optimization method for YO company.
