基于模糊综合评判的研究生创新能力评估方法

摘要

创新能力是评价研究生综合素质的核心指标。在充分考虑研究生自身素质的基础上，分析了研究团队和文化氛围对研究生创新能力的影响，应用模糊综合评判方法，建立了研究生创新能力评估模型，实现了对研究生创新能力的定量化评估。实例评估结果验证了所建模型的科学性和可行性，研究成果可为研究生相关素质评估提供一定参考。%The innovation ability is the core index of the comprehensive quality of the graduate students. On the basis of full consideration of the quality of graduate students, the impact of the research team and the cultural atmosphere on the graduate students innovation ability is analyzed, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of the innovation ability of the graduate students and then the quantitative evaluation of innovation ability of graduate students is realized. The result of an example shows that the model is scientific and feasible, the research results can provide reference for the quality evaluation of the graduate students.
