基于5S管理的高职学生职业素养培养研究

摘要

本文将“5S”管理理念引入高校的教学实践中，通过分析“5S”管理的内容及其与对学生职业素养培养对接的意义，探讨“5S”管理在学生职业素质教育中的实施路径，以提高各级高校对这种先进理念的认识，为高校的实践活动提供可借鉴的管理经验。%This paper takes "5S" management in colleges and universities teaching practice. Through analyzing the content of "5S"management and its significance for the professional quality training of students, this paper discusses the implementation path of "5S"management in the students' vocational quality education to improve the understanding of the advanced ideas of colleges and universities at all levels and provide the referential management experience for practice activities in colleges and universities.
