结合2015年连云港市危险废物普查统计材料,文章指出了连云港市现有危险废物回收体系不完善、处置能力不均衡、二次污染问题日益突出、环境监管能力薄弱等问题.重点突出了连云港市危险废物产生企业众多且分散,加之连云港市危险固废处置能力暂不能满足市内危险废物处置需求,各企业长期贮存危险固废具有较大的环境风险隐患.本文有针对性的提出建设危险废物集中贮存中心,加强对连云港市危险废物的统一规范管理.%According to the statistic data of census of hazardous waste in Lianyungang in 2015, the article points out the existing problems such as the existing hazardous waste recycling system in Lianyungang, the unbalanced disposal capability, the increasingly prominent secondary pollution problem and the weak environmental regulatory ability. Emphasis was placed on the large number of hazardous waste generation enterprises in Lianyungang City and their dispersion. In addition, the hazardous solid waste disposal capacity in Lianyungang City can not meet the disposal requirements of hazardous wastes in the city temporarily. Therefore, long-term storage of dangerous solid waste by enterprises poses a great environmental risk. This article proposes to construct a centralized storage center for hazardous waste,and strengthen the unified management of hazardous waste in Lianyungang City.
