链轮轴组轴承座轴承拆卸方法的研究

摘要

链轮轴组在矿井使用,环境较恶劣,轴承外圈与轴承座为过盈配合,导致在维修过程中难以拆卸,轴承容易损坏.设计拆卸工装,降低劳动强度,提高拆卸效率,并广泛的应用于实际生产中,使用效果良好.%The sprocket shaft group is used in the mine,where the environment is harsh.The bearing outer ring and the bearing seat is interference fit,making it difficult to disassemble in repair process,and the bearing is easy to damage.In this paper,the demolition tooling is designed,to reduce labor intensity,and improve demolition efficiency,and is widely used in the actual production,which has obtained good results.
