New urbanization is the only way of modernization in China. It is not only the main driving force for the development of economy in China, but also a very important livelihood project in China. Since the implementation of the National New Urbanization Plan (2014-2020), although there have been many positive developments, there are still many problems in the housing security of migrant workers. New towns emphasize the importance of people, and housing is one of the most critical issues related to the living standards of migrant workers. This paper from the new urbanization rate of the development trend and forecast point of view, analyzes the living situation of migrant workers in China,sums up the problems and causes of migrant workers housing security, and then puts forward strategies and suggestions to solve the migrant workers housing security problems in new urbanization process.%新型城镇化是我国现代化的必由之路,既是我国发展经济的主要动力,也是我国一项非常重要的民生工程,自《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》实施以来,虽取得了很多积极的进展,但在农民工住房保障问题上仍然存在很多问题,新型城镇强调以"人"文本,而住房是关系到农民工生活水平的一个最关键的问题.本文从新型城镇化率的发展趋势及预测的角度出发,整理分析我国农民工的居住现状,总结分析农民工住房保障出现的一系列问题及原因,进而提出解决新型城镇化进程中农民工住房保障问题的对策和建议.
