建设工程合同管理中的风险防范问题及对策

摘要

建设工程施工合同是明确当事人权利、义务关系的基础,然而在合同签订中却存在很多问题,造成合同当事人产生矛盾纠纷,也给竣工结算审计工作带来一些障碍.为了在内部审计中进行有效的风险防范,本文以实例来分析施工合同签订过程中应注意的事项,给出在合同实施过程中碰到的问题,并提出解决方法,提炼了风险防范的实务方法.%The construction project construction contract is the foundation of clearing the parties' rights and obligations, but the contract has a lot of problems, causing disputes between the parties, and also bringing some obstacles to the completion settlement audit. In order to effectively prevent risks in the internal audit, this paper takes examples to analyze matters needed attention in the construction contract process, gives problems encountered in the implementation process of the contract and proposes solutions, refining the practical methods of risk prevention.
