In order to more effectively identify and reduce the risk of various stages of prefabricated building, according to the construction contents, prefabricated building construction is divided into four stages, as primary evaluation index. Each stage consists of different risk factors, as the secondary evaluation index. Then AHP method is used to determine the relative weight of each index, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation of prefabricated construction risk. Finally the method is applied to concrete cases. The results show that the proposed method can effectively identify the risks of each stage of the prefabricated building and corresponding measures are taken to reduce the risk.%为了能够更加有效地识别、降低装配式建筑各个阶段的风险,文章根据装配式建筑的实施内容,将装配式建筑分为四个阶段,作为一级评估指标,每个阶段由不同的风险因素构成,作为二级评估指标,然后采用层次分析法来确定各指标的相对权重,并运用模糊综合评判法对装配式建筑风险进行综合评估,最后通过实例进行具体应用.研究表明,该方法能有效识别装配式建筑各个阶段存在的风险,并采取相应的措施降低风险.
