建立以过程为基础的高职会计专业学生顶岗实习质量管理体系探讨

Combined with the problems existing in the students' internship of accounting specialty in higher vocational education training, the introduction of ISO9000 standard way is done to participate in the supervision and control, and in the context of full participation, the internship quality management work process has taken standardized, proceduring and systemized scientific management, which will maximize the needs of employers, parents and students, and enhance social satisfaction of higher vocational accounting students.%结合高职会计专业学生培养的顶岗实习环节出现的问题,引入ISO9000标准思路参与监督与控制,全员参与背景下,对高职会计专业学生顶岗实习质量管理的工作流程进行标准化、过程化和系统化的科学管理,最大限度满足用人单位、家长和学生的需求,提升社会对高职会计专业学生培养的满意度.
