残疾人职业能力评估现状分析

Occupational ability assessment is an important link in the employment process of the disabled, which plays a vital role in the career choice and employment of the disabled. Providing career assessment for people with disabilities can help to understand the interests, strengths and weaknesses of people with disabilities, so as to provide personalized career guidance for the disabled, and improve their success rate of employment.
