基于负压波法的管道泄漏检测系统及实验研究

     

摘要

管道运输广泛应用于石油、天然气输送和城市供水供热系统,但是由于管道腐蚀、老化、磨损及人为破坏等原因,管道泄漏事故频繁发生,给国家和企业带来了巨大的社会和经济损失.本文基于负压波法泄漏监测原理,建立了一套管道泄漏检测系统,通过压力传感器实时监测管道压力的变化情况,采用LabVIEW小波变换方法对原始信号进行滤波降噪,及时准确地进行泄漏点定位.最后,采用实验验证了该管道泄漏检测系统的可靠性,相对误差处于10%至30%之间.%Pipeline transport is widely used in petroleum, natural gas transportation and urban water supply system, but because of the pipeline corrosion, aging, abrasion and man-made destruction, the pipeline leakage accident occurred frequently, and great social and economic losses were happened to the state and enterprises. In this paper, based on the principle of negative pressure wave leak detection method, a set of pipeline leak monitoring system was established, which is through the change of the pressure sensor to real-time monitor the pipeline pressure, and filtering noise reduction of the original signal by LabVIEW wavelet analysis method. Finally, the experiment verified the reliability of the pipeline leak monitoring system, and the relative error is between 10%and 30%.
