国际上,自第三代航空发动机开始,封严涂层普遍采用含氮化硼的可磨耗涂层.该类封严涂层喷涂材料属于混合粉末,由金属粉末、金属氧化物、二氧化硅、硅、氮化硼等成分组成.原有的成分分析方法耗时长,已无法满足批量生产的需求.为缩短分析时间,节约分析成本,采用试验研究的方法,明确了新的分析方法所采用的溶液成分、溶解温度和所需设备.%Internationally, since the third generation of aero engines began, sealing coating commonly used boron nitride-containing wearable coating.
